Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service minded, high energy, ability to manage chaotic environments

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and billing
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales-related documents
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
- Contract administration to include creation and facilitation to the customer
- Contract database administration and ongoing maintenance
- Quarterly business review preparation
- Scouting potential prospects via ZoomInfo
- Working with Marketing to link prospects to HubSpot for campaigns
- Ongoing HubSpot forecasting support/company reporting
- Attend sales meetings and provide support as needed
- Maintain sales databases and generate reports as required
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities
