Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or telephone sales is required
- Proficiency in PipeDrive CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Office Suite
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong, clear accent and fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads provided daily and handle incoming calls from prospective clients
- Follow up with clients who have received quotes to discuss services and close sales
- Enter shipment inventories into our system and assist in coordinating logistics for international moves
- Assist in preparing detailed price quotes to effectively promote our services to potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and professionally to prospective clients
- Use PipeDrive CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
