Responsibilities

  • Contact new leads provided daily and handle incoming calls from prospective clients
  • Follow up with clients who have received quotes to discuss services and close sales
  • Enter shipment inventories into our system and assist in coordinating logistics for international moves
  • Assist in preparing detailed price quotes to effectively promote our services to potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and professionally to prospective clients
  • Use PipeDrive CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
