Requirements

• Native English fluency, excellent in writing and speaking
• Customer care/Call center experience
• Flexibility for afternoons/evenings EST, weekends, and holidays, with high-speed internet for remote work
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with European geography
• Versatility in handling client needs
• Detail-oriented
• Numerically skilled
• Passionate about travel
• Travel experience within Europe

Responsibilities

• Complete daily follow-up phone calls and emails with clients
• Assist the sales team with their daily workload and coverage during days off
• Respond to inbound phone calls and provide timely responses to new leads
• Follow sales processes and maintain an organized workflow
