Summary

Join a sales team that helps educators with insurance needs, specifically non-Horace Mann Products. The role involves learning about HMGA (TPV) products, resolving inquiries, tracking activity, sending weekly notifications, and following up on customer inquiries when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Two years of college or equivalent business experience
• Obtain Insurance Producers License and Non-Residence License within 6 months of hire and maintain after that

Responsibilities

• Learn all HMGA (TPV) products and processes
• Research, process, and obtain resolution of moderately complex inquiries within established guidelines
• Escalate more complex inquiries to Team Lead and/or Manager
• Track and document activity/notes in appropriate system
• Send weekly notifications to agents
• When necessary, follow up on customer inquiries to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner
