Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales support or similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Must possess strong Excel skills)
- Experience with CRM (Sales Force highly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the national sales team (team of 12) to support their day-to-day operations
- Produce monthly sales reports, presentations, and various other sales-related documents with precision
- Assist National Sales Manager in following up with key accounts in a timely manner
- Build industry and competitor reports to identify opportunities and threats
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as Customer Service, Warranty and Marketing, to ensure timely case management
- Serve as a composed and empathetic communicator with customers in situations requiring escalated attention
Preferred Qualifications
Luxury Kitchen or Bath consumer products experience
