Summary
Join Instacart's Commercial Partnerships team as a Sales Systems & Tools Manager I and play a key role in building tools and processes to scale the business. You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, partnering with IT and business teams to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions. Manage the day-to-day operations of the tools platform, including sales support on CPQ, Salesforce, and integrated third-party tools. Influence the strategy for Instacartβs sales tools ecosystem. Work with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements on sales initiatives and partner with technical teams to design and implement high-quality solutions. Support tool pilots, integrations, change management, and reporting. Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects and identify areas for improvement with automation and AI. This role is remote and offers market-competitive compensation and benefits, including equity grants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
- 3-4 years of applicable experience, preferably in a digital advertising or e-Commerce organization
- Salesforce Admin 201 Certification
- Prior hands-on experience with CPQ
- Aptitude with sales technology and enablement tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements on sales initiatives
- Partner with technical teams in IT to design and implement high quality CPQ & Salesforce solutions
- Run the day-to-day support and operations of the platform, and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support tool pilots, integrations, change management, reporting, and other tasks as needed
- Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Identify and recommend tools and processes that can be improved with automation and AI
