Summary

Join Inyova as a Sales Team Lead and lead the current sales team while generating sales outcomes yourself by talking to customers. As a hybrid role, you will manage team leadership, professional development, and create a scale-up plan for the sales team.

Requirements

  • You are an experienced team lead with at least 2 years of experience in leading a team
  • You are a great salesperson, with a proven track record in B2C sales
  • You are numbers- and success-driven, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results
  • You are well versed in the best practices of sales steering
  • You are willing to take responsibility for your work and that of a team
  • You speak English and German. French or Swiss German are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Take over team leadership of the existing sales team and own the success of the team
  • Maximise the efficacy of the current team of 3 people by taking over their professional development
  • Develop a scale-up plan for the sales team, based on the opportunity present at Inyova
  • Jump on the phone, build trusted relationships with our customers, and generate hands-on sales outcomes yourself
