Summary

Join ReSource Pro as a Sales Trainer within Revenue Operations, where you will develop and deliver impactful sales training programs aligned with the organization's revenue growth strategy. You will utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training sessions, support sales kickoffs and offsite meetings, and collaborate with the VP of Sales Operations. This role involves facilitating on-site training, delivering presentations at key events, creating on-demand training content using AI-powered tools, and implementing and managing sales coaching programs. You will also provide personalized coaching to sales representatives, client executives, and solution consultants, monitor and analyze individual performance and training data, and develop sales training programs for acquired companies to facilitate integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement
  • 1+ years Insurance industry knowledge
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales enablement strategies in a B2B organization
  • Experience in designing and delivering sales training and coaching programs
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs aligned with the organization's revenue growth strategy
  • Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training sessions
  • Support sales kickoffs and offsite meetings and collaborate with the VP of Sales Operations
  • Facilitate on-site training and deliver presentations at key events
  • Create on-demand training content, using AI-powered tools within Workday
  • Implement and manage sales coaching programs
  • Provide personalized coaching to new and existing sales representatives, client executives and solution consultants
  • Use standardized training templates to create personalized learning experiences
  • Monitor and analyze individual performance and training data to assess training effectiveness
  • Develop sales training programs for acquired companies to facilitate integration
  • Maintain and update a centralized repository of sales resources, including playbooks and product information

Curriculum development experience preferred
