Summary
Join Juul Labs as a Sales Training & Growth Program Manager and lead the design and execution of field sales training initiatives to accelerate performance and drive commercial results across the U.S. You will support Juul’s commercial transformation by delivering impactful training programs. Design and deliver national sales training programs, including onboarding, new product launches, and quarterly commercial initiatives. Develop scalable, ongoing training focused on consumer engagement, compliance, and sales strategies. Partner with Sales Leadership, Trade Marketing, and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create solutions. Manage the field learning journey, including live facilitation, eLearning, workshops, and coaching. Conduct regular market visits to assess training effectiveness. Serve as a voice of the field, providing feedback and insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales training, field enablement, or sales leadership, preferably in CPG or a regulated consumer-facing industry
- Proven ability to design and facilitate both virtual and in-person training programs
- Experience working directly with field sales teams and developing content that drives measurable behavior change
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align training programs to commercial goals and KPIs
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- High comfort with frequent travel (up to 60%) and field immersion
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver national sales training programs, including onboarding, new product launches, and quarterly commercial initiatives
- Develop scalable, ongoing training focused on consumer engagement, compliance, store conversion, objection handling, and gap-based selling strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Trade Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create solutions aligned with KPIs
- Own and manage the field learning journey, including live facilitation, eLearning, workshops, and coaching touchpoints
- Tailor training to address regional/state-specific execution challenges
- Conduct regular market visits and ride-alongs with field teams to assess training effectiveness and uncover obstacles to market success
- Serve as a voice of the field, creating continuous feedback loops for insights, ideas, and best practices
- Integrate tools like DISC profiles and customer-centric selling techniques into training content to strengthen field impact
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in coaching or leadership development
- Experience with tools like DISC, Challenger or Gap Selling methodology
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Advanced training or certification in adult learning, instructional design, or sales coaching is a plus
