Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator with advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and Experience Cloud to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work independently and proactively.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including lead and opportunity management, case management, and security model
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain an Experience Cloud site, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Manage and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Administer Salesforce, including lead and opportunity management, case management, and security model configuration
• Support users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand Apex code, though coding expertise is not required
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience working with remote teams
