Summary

Opal Group is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain their Salesforce deployment. The position is remote and full-time with an international consultant contract. The salary range is between 15-25k.

Requirements

• Superior technical acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain our Salesforce implementation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting help to end users; aid in improving processes and optimizing the platform to meet our organization's requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related problems
• Perform quality control procedures to guarantee data accuracy and completeness
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce administration best practices and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Prior expertise with Salesforce and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
