Salesforce Administrator

Summary

Join Togetherwork as a Salesforce Administrator to build, maintain, optimize, and scale our Salesforce infrastructure. As a subject matter expert on Salesforce and Togetherwork's roadmap, you'll scope and execute enhancements, provide end-user support, and solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a business environment, preferably in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
• Salesforce certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience with a marketing automation tool integrated into Salesforce (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with administration or as a power user of tools core to a sales and marketing organization, such as texting, rep outreach, and scheduling tools
• Deep understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
• Experience with programming languages such as SoQL, SQL, JavaScript, Java, and Apex is preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on both Salesforce and Togetherwork’s Salesforce roadmap
• Scope and execute various Salesforce enhancements, including workflow automation, data migration, and custom object creation
• Provide front-line end-user support to our internal customers (300+ users) and solve a wide range of issues, from simple to complex
• Support the Salesforce Architect as their “right-hand person” in building out and supporting Togetherwork’s Salesforce org and adjacent tech stack
