Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role focusing on data analytics
  • Expertise in Salesforce, verifiable through assessment, to drive data quality improvements and streamline processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
  • Location Requirement: Mexico City

Responsibilities

  • Examine Account Development Data: Analyze data generated by ADR teams, focusing on detailed channels like trade shows, marketing initiatives, and outbound strategies
  • Auditing and Reporting: Ensure accurate measurement and auditing of transfers and dispositioned leads to maintain process integrity
  • Manage Salesforce Hygiene: Establish and refine processes to systematically improve data quality for the ADR organization
  • Lead Management: Oversee lead management and quality auditing for leads generated through trade shows and events
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Update and maintain dashboards and reporting across all MX Segments
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
