Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) is required. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) are a plus
  • Federal Requirements: Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation. Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to gather requirements, assess their business needs, and recommend Salesforce solutions
  • Consulting Strategy: Work closely with clients to advise on best practices for Salesforce implementation, optimization, and long-term strategy
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business objectives, pain points, and operational processes
  • Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and actionable Salesforce configurations that align with client objectives
  • Collaborative Implementation: Partner with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other consulting team members to deliver custom solutions that meet client expectations
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope
  • UAT & Training: Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client teams, as well as provide end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions
  • Data & Process Optimization: Analyze clients' current Salesforce usage, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and performance
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, consulting trends, and market needs to provide forward-thinking solutions to clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools like Copado or CheckMarx is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Services Cloud, etc.) is beneficial
