Remote Salesforce Lead

Join our team as a skilled Salesforce Lead to manage operational processes and automate submissions, underwriting, binding, compliance, payments, and service through technology and people.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in Salesforce development, configuration, and automation
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation in Salesforce
• Experience building and maintaining automations in Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations
• Expertise with Salesforce reporting and data modeling
• Experience shipping features and code in Salesforce
• Ability to collaborate directly with Insurance operators to drive change and development

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Develop automations in our AMS/PAS platform built on Salesforce to improve underwriting and operations. You’ll use Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations
• Become an expert in our data models across our software systems and collaborate with other Pathpoint Software engineers on integrations into and out of our AMS/PAS platform Novidea which is built on Salesforce
• Collaborate with the operations and underwriting teams to administer Novidea functionality
• Ensure customizations and automations we make to Novidea and Salesforce are reliable and error free
