You will manage and develop Salesforce for our clients, ensuring optimal platform utilization to support business objectives using agile methodologies. This role involves reviewing business processes, implementing change management, overseeing project teams, and supporting the Salesforce platform. You will lead requirements workshops, create solution documentation, perform fit-gap analysis, and develop reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Salesforce, process mapping, and stakeholder management, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• Possess a minimum of one Salesforce certification. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) preferred
• Have 5+ years of experience with Salesforce setup and configuration
• Have 5+ years business analyst or equivalent experience
• Have 5+ years of experience working for a Salesforce Partner or equivalent
• Have experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations (from driving requirement workshops, handholding development teams, supporting testing and cutover to production)

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Salesforce for clientele to ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives, using agile techniques and strategies
• Review and analyze business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity
• Oversee the Salesforce Functional project team
• Lead Discovery and requirements refinement workshops and sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements
• Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements
• Produce functional and system design documentation
• Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met
• Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts
• Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics
• Identify and develop super user knowledge and capabilities across the business

Preferred Qualifications

• Be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• Have experience in working with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Have knowledge of the full SDLC
