Remote Salesforce Solutions Architect

Summary

The job is for a Salesforce Solutions Architect at Active Digital who will expand the company's digital product and Salesforce development delivery capabilities, improve their ability to engage in pre-sales opportunities requiring deep Salesforce development expertise, and influence Active’s frameworks and approach to Digital Product delivery. The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 10+ years of experience progressing in technical leadership roles, 5+ years of experience serving as a Solution Architect on Salesforce technologies, 3+ years of experience in an external client-facing role, and continuously pursue education contributing to the application and/or system architecture of Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience progressing in technical leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience serving as a Solution Architect on Salesforce technologies
• 3+ years of experience in an external client-facing role

Responsibilities

• Expand Active’s Digital Product and Salesforce development delivery capabilities directly with Clients
• Improve our ability to engage in pre-sales opportunities that directly require deep Salesforce development expertise
• Influence Active’s frameworks and approach to Digital Product delivery (as a contributor to Delivery EVP’s overall strategy) and will have the opportunity to drive personal/Active brand awareness through thought leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Continuously pursues education which contributes to the application, and/or system architecture, Salesforce path
• Proven experience working with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework and/or SQL
• Previous experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders
• Additional Certifications a plus (Salesforce Data Architect certification, Salesforce Integration Architect certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce Pardot Consultant certification, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification)
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
