Summary
Join Salsify's Business Systems team as a Business Systems Analyst to enhance and optimize their Salesforce.com instance and broader business systems ecosystem. You will be a key contributor in designing, customizing, and automating Salesforce, implementing and supporting the broader tech stack, and improving processes through automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and lead testing and deployment. Maintain data accuracy, manage user access, and ensure data security. This role requires experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Systems Analyst, along with Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred). Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- 2+ years in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role—gathering requirements, writing user stories, working with stakeholders, and managing projects
- Sales or Service Cloud experience
- A strong ability to engage business partners, translate needs into technical solutions, and communicate clearly
- High attention to detail, with a focus on validating and testing your work thoroughly
- A willingness to learn new systems and dive into unfamiliar territory
- A track record of strong time and project management
- A process- and data-driven mindset with an eye for operational improvement
- Familiarity with sales and customer-facing processes (ideally in a B2B context)
- A team-first approach and the ability to collaborate and problem-solve across departments and levels
Responsibilities
- Be a key contributor in the design, customization, and automation of Salsify’s Salesforce instance
- Implement, integrate, and support our broader tech stack—including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Sites (Customer and Partner Portals), CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, and more
- Improve and streamline processes by leveraging Salesforce tools like Flow and other automation platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and lead user acceptance testing and deployment
- Partner with teams including Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure systems align with business needs
- Help maintain the accuracy and quality of key company data for reporting and dashboards
- Manage user access across systems, including provisioning licenses and permissions
- Ensure data security and integrity within and across platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- A Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience or interest in systems like CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, or other tools in the Salesforce ecosystem
