Summary

The job description is for a Remote Scheduler position with DataForce by TransPerfect, based in Argentina or Colombia. The candidate will be responsible for assisting participants with quality control of work related to a large group of content creators/annotators. This is an opportunity to contribute to an innovative project improving Artificial Intelligence and technology.

Requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in English
• Available to work on a US Pacific Time Zone schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and organized
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and effectively multitask
• Quality and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Gsheet tools

Responsibilities

• Validate candidates via phone calls according to project requirements
• Check candidates’ availability for the project
• Answer candidates' questions
• Provide logistic information
• Schedule candidates for a session time
• Fill session schedule days in advance

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors preferred or a combination of relevant work experience and education
