Summary
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Product Engineering company as a Scrum Master! We build innovative products and services at scale, working with a global team of 15,000+ experts across 26 countries. In this role, you will lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach and mentor team members, and track key metrics. You will also identify and remove impediments, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and communicate project status effectively. We offer a non-hierarchical work culture and are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative individual to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with Product Owners
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and project progress
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's productivity and progress
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Manage dependencies within and across teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
