Summary
Join Wrike as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and qualify sales opportunities. The EMEA SDR team is highly motivated and values internal promotion. This fast-paced role requires adaptability and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include following up on leads, understanding buyer personas, conducting prospect research, and persuading prospects to meet with Account Executives. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce, and collaborate with other SDRs and marketing.

Responsibilities
- By supporting marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries
- By understanding our buyer personas and the needs/“pains” of your market
- By conducting research on the prospect and their organization and leveraging thoughtful personalization in your outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- By persuading prospects to have a call or take a meeting with a Wrike Account Executive
- By qualifying prospects to help improve conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity
- By routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
- By using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce
- By working closely with other SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve and perfect our messaging
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development or a similar role in a B2B business
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated success in reaching monthly and quarterly targets
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
