Join Incode, a leading provider of identity solutions, as an exceptional SDR Manager for the North America region. Lead and grow a high-performing outbound sales development team, exceeding pipeline generation goals. Build and refine outbound strategies and playbooks tailored for the North American market. Own top-of-funnel KPIs and ensure high-quality lead generation. Deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Use data to assess performance and improve conversion rates. Identify tooling and workflow improvements to enhance SDR efficiency and enable regional scaling. This role requires a proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, with 2+ years in a leadership or manager role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing SDR teams in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, tools (e.g. SalesLoft, Outreach), and methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPICED)
  • Strong knowledge of the North American sales landscape, including market dynamics, personas, and buyer behaviors
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent and creating a winning team culture
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable working with CRM and analytics tools to track performance and optimize team execution
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and motivated by ambitious goals and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire : Recruit, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to meet and exceed pipeline generation goals
  • Optimize Processes : Build and refine outbound strategies, playbooks, and cadences tailored for the North American market
  • Pipeline Ownership : Own top-of-funnel KPIs—ensure consistent and high-quality lead generation across targeted verticals
  • Enablement & Training : Deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs that build product knowledge, prospecting skills, and customer understanding
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies
  • Analytics & Reporting : Use data to assess performance, forecast pipeline, and uncover insights to improve conversion rates
  • Scale for Growth : Identify tooling and workflow improvements to enhance SDR efficiency and enable regional scaling
