SEM Manager

Summary

Join GoDaddy's in-house SEM Team in a remote role focused on strategic and operational management of paid search marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, utilizing data-driven methodologies to optimize campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in paid search, data analysis, and campaign management tools. Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in Paid Search roles
• Expertise in managing high-budget Paid Search accounts
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Proficiency in campaign analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics & Tableau
• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira and Workfront
• Ability to run controlled experiments, with a track record of continuous optimisation through experimentation

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across GoDaddy to develop and execute go-to-market paid search plans
• Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate SEM campaign performance and implement strategic recommendations
• Lead campaign management including keyword expansion, copywriting, bid strategies, and segmentation
• Measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize performance based on insights
• Recommend strategies based on market dynamics and competition
• Conduct A/B test experiments to enhance bidding, copy, and landing page strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategy & expertise with SEM campaign setup
• Support automation adoption and drive innovation
