Requirements
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about paid advertising and SEM
- Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Expert knowledge and experience in managing Google products, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Display, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics. GA4 Experience with an understanding of conversion tracking
- Proficiency in all forms of SEO and SEM, as well as associated tools and platforms to support these initiatives
- The ability to confidently build, and run ongoing Paid Ads campaigns, and ensure they get results
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and achieve marketing objectives
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns. Analyse and refine keyword list for optimal campaign performance
- Assist in creating compelling ad copy and headlines. Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and improve click-through rates and conversion rates
- Support in monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI
- Analyse campaign performance metrics using analytical tools and platforms and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements
- Keep up to date on industry trends, new advertising features, and best practices in SEM, and conduct research to contribute new ideas and strategies
- Researching existing campaigns and suggesting/implementing new strategies to enhance performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising platforms
- Certifications or coursework in SEM, digital advertising, or related fields would be beneficial
- Experience with other Paid Media channels, including Meta & Bing advertising is advantageous
