Requirements
- Be a highly motivated, inspirational, and results-driven individual, with an accomplished track record of 8-10+ years in Healthcare Communications and working knowledge of publications projects, and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Plan, execute, and direct all facets of a comprehensive strategic healthcare communications plan
- Collaborate with others and work as part of a wider team
Responsibilities
- Serve as a line manager and mentor to the Client Services team
- Be the main strategic contact for your clients, collaborating with them to help achieve their publication goals and applying your expertise in drug development and commercialization
- Manage the financial performance of multiple accounts
- Serve as a Client Services lead for business development activities and overseeing new business wins
- Be passionate about getting the best out of your team, motivating them to achieve their goals, and nurturing them for future success
