Summary
Join Bahwan Cybertek Group as a Sr. Account Executive (Hunter) and drive new business development in your assigned vertical (Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or Fintech). This role demands a strategic approach to identifying target markets, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting enterprise clients with SaaS, AI, cloud, and infrastructure solutions. Success requires a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You will collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at industry events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of the assigned vertical's challenges and ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-10 years of successful sales experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the IT or digital transformation sector
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, AI, or infrastructure solutions
- Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of your assigned verticalβs challenges and ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at targeted accounts
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and promotional strategies
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Leverage CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records of opportunities
- Collaborate with SDRs, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Product Sales Specialists to build tailored solutions
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline and accurate forecast using our CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual summits
