Summary
Join Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining technology, as a dynamic Account Executive on our North America Enterprise Sales Team. This role focuses on acquiring new logos within the Diversified sector and expanding relationships within select enterprise accounts. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing six-figure deals, and collaborate with various teams and partners. The position requires 8+ years of proven SaaS sales experience in enterprise accounts, expertise in complex sales, and strong communication skills. This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits. The position can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Requirements
- Proven SaaS Sales Experience of 8+ years: A strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new business acquisition and consistent achievement of revenue targets
- Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, BI, or ERP , with the ability to engage senior executives (e.g., CFO, COO, CSCO, CPO)
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across functions like Finance and Supply Chain
- Vertical Experience: Experience or expertise in selling to specific industries
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers effectively
- Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented approach, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve shared goals
Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Identify and develop opportunities within a defined territory, targeting enterprise accounts to secure new business
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing six-figure deals
- Engage Strategic Stakeholders: Build and nurture relationships across multiple lines of business, collaborating with C-level executives, operational leaders, and key decision-makers
- Deliver Tailored Solutions: Gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and demonstrate how Celonis’ solutions can address their strategic and operational needs
- Showcase Value: Present compelling use-case-driven pitches and demos—independently or with Value Engineers—to illustrate the measurable impact of Celonis solutions
- Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with Big 4 consulting firms, SaaS providers, and industry partners to strengthen the value proposition for your prospects
- Leverage Team Support: Partner with Business Development Representatives, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner Managers to drive success
