Senior Account Executive

Requirements

Possess skills relevant to originating, selling to, and managing bus fleet customers

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new bus fleet customers in the North America West Region
• Become an expert in bus fleet electrification
• Visit potential customers, host webinars, and manage sales calls and video conferences
• Perform upselling and Account Management
• Take initiative and adjust quickly to new situations
• Build long-term relationships with large fleet customers
• Run and participate in conferences, expositions, and webinars
• Work collaboratively with North American and global sales teams
• Evaluate and visit customer sites and fleet deployments
• Continuously evaluate product requirements and value to the customer
• Coordinate and conduct demos and training
• Understand and capture customer needs
• Support research with the marketing team
• Run and participate in conferences, expositions, and webinars (local and national)
• Help to improve the customer experience
• Coordinate customer-specific logistics
• Coordinate RFP responses
