You will acquire new enterprise clients, manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements
- Be an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS within the wider Contact Center or Conversational AI environment
- Have a hunter mentality and be passionate about winning and being part of an exciting company in a hyper-growth phase
- Be confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels (particularly SVP/C-Level)
- Possess organizational and prioritization skills; be disciplined and function well in a remote environment
- Have professional communication skills, and a customer-centric, personable demeanour
- Be able to balance driving a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources
- Be comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process
Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries within the UKI region
- Build and maintain an effective pipeline by self-directed prospecting, as well as working with internal, Business Development Representative resources
- Develop, maintain and review territory plans that outline how you will meet business goals
- Run full sales cycles from account planning & targeted prospecting through discovery/qualification, contract negotiation & close
- Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop effective business cases, build ROI models and drive Digital Transformation conversations
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Take a collaborative approach to working closely with various team members including BDRs, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance and Leadership
- Represent Cognigy at trade fairs or events that are customary in the industry
- Prepare, present and conduct demos, presentations and customer meetings
- Use CRM effectively and consistently to track sales cycles/engagement
