Join Cognigy's expanding US Sales team as a Senior Account Executive and revolutionize the customer service industry. Based remotely in Michigan, Iowa, Oklahoma, or Nebraska, you will acquire new Fortune 500 enterprise clients, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle. This role demands experience selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises, exceeding quotas, and navigating complex sales cycles. Requirements

  • Have at least 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive, selling SaaS solutions to F500 enterprises
  • Have a track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ quotas and have closed 6- and 7-figure deals with Fortune 500 companies
  • Be comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with SVP/C-level buyers
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have a hunter mentality and are relentless in winning new logos to drive business growth
  • Possess professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor
  • Be able to balance driving a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources
  • Be comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new F500 enterprise companies from all industries within the defined US geographic territory (Michigan, Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska)
  • Build and maintain an effective pipeline by self-directed prospecting, as well as working with internal, Business Development Representative resources
  • Develop, maintain and review territory plans that outline how you will meet business goals
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning & targeted prospecting through discovery/qualification, contract negotiation & close
  • Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop effective business cases, build ROI models and drive Digital Transformation conversations
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Take a collaborative approach to working closely with various team members including BDRs, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance and Leadership
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs or events that are customary in the industry
  • Prepare, present and conduct demos, presentations and customer meetings
  • Use CRM effectively and consistently to track sales cycles/engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have CCaaS and/or CAI experience
  • Have Spanish language skills
