Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in SaaS or hosted software, ideally within commercial accounts
  • Proven experience selling into large commercial accounts
  • Expertise in selling solutions related to Major Incident Management, Cyber Security Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, or Customer Support Operations
  • A hunter mentality, with strong skills in multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, channel partner relationships, LinkedIn outreach, networking)
  • Experience in consultative/sales-driven methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler Selling, SPIN Selling, Solution Selling)
  • Strong ability to map solutions, consult, and create customized solutions for prospects
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales forecasting tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of target buyers, industry trends, and competitor products
  • Drive new business opportunities by prospecting and building a healthy sales pipeline
  • Successfully identify and engage multiple stakeholders within organizations to drive sales
  • Utilize a consultative, solution-selling approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Teams to execute targeted campaigns
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and quarterly booking quotas
  • Manage and accurately forecast business opportunities using Salesforce
