Senior Account Executive

Summary

Join Experian, a global leader in data and analytics, as a Senior Account Executive. This hunter sales role focuses on acquiring new customers through inbound leads and outbound prospecting. You will be responsible for closing new business deals, exceeding sales targets, and updating sales activities in Salesforce. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to leverage industry trends and best practices. This 100% remote position reports to the Vice President of Sales. Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience. Preferably in software/technology sales
• Experience building sales pipeline and opportunities through cold calling, email & LinkedIn outreach
• Self-starter and eager to embrace the grind of a hunter sales role
• Coachable, and have ability to take constructive feedback and implement into your own sales skills & technique
• Team-oriented, and willingness to push yourself outside of your comfort zone

Responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, and effectively bring deals to a close won
• Effectively close inbound leads qualified by the BDR team
• Keep sales activities and KPI metrices updated in salesforce as you work through inbound leads and sales opportunities
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to advise on industry trends, and best practices
