Summary
Join HackerOne's sales team as the first Enterprise Account Executive in the Nordics region! This remote position in Finland focuses on new business bookings, requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will manage the full sales cycle, exceed sales quotas, and collaborate with Sales Development Reps. A 12-week onboarding program is provided. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the Nordics, cybersecurity experience, and fluency in English and one Nordic language.
Requirements
- Possess a strong work ethic, integrity and attention to detail
- Have 3+ years of enterprise software or web technologies sales experience selling to a technical audience in the Nordics region
- Have cybersecurity experience and/or experience working with SaaS based products
- Be able to manage a strong sales process using both in person and online presentation tools with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate experience over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment through new business development
- Be adept at understanding and articulating new technologies, and mapping the respective value propositions to customer needs
- Speak either Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norweigan or Swedish
- Speak English fluently and have excellent written English skills
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full new business sales cycle from lead to close
- Continuously focus on pipeline generation and new business development
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Develop territory and generate and qualify customer leads
- Receive continuous coaching, feedback and development from your Manager
- Conduct online and in-person presentations and demonstrations of the HackerOne platform
- Utilize existing networks and build new referrals and relationships within a given vertical and/or sector
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Development Reps to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Understand a prospect's needs and challenges to effectively communicate how HackerOne will address those needs or help solve those challenges
- Use Salesforce for lead, account, and opportunity management
- Maintain an accurate quarterly sales forecast
- Properly transition new customers to our Customer Success and Account Management teams
- Bring your strategies, learnings, and ideas to advance HackerOne's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience setting up and managing channel partner relationships
- Be competent with Salesforce, Google Apps and Clari
Benefits
74,000 - 92,500 EUR + 100% commission
