Responsibilities

  • Spearhead high-value relationships and drive revenue through strategic partnerships with prominent industry partners
  • Manage large deals and cultivate long-term collaborations
  • Generate a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects and manage all sales stages, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing
  • Conduct insightful product demonstrations to understand customer needs and clearly articulate solutions to address them effectively
  • Share and contribute to best practices and techniques, staying attuned to industry trends
  • Innovate and implement new outbound prospecting strategies while continuously refining existing approaches to maximize effectiveness
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies
  • Identify, recommend and lead the execution of growth opportunities within key cohorts of known and undiscovered market opportunities
  • Accurately forecast and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, providing clear and concise health reports
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities
  • Represent Hive at industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders
