Summary
Join Innovaccer's Go-to-Market (GTM) team as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive and make a positive impact on the healthcare ecosystem. This role focuses on building strong relationships with executives at health systems and other healthcare organizations. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing contracts, and excel at identifying and advancing high-value sales. Success in this position requires strong communication, collaboration, and a data-driven approach. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver Innovaccer's solutions and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales and/or business development experience
- 6+ years of experience directly leading and managing enterprise sales from initial conversation through close
- Excellent track record of consistently exceeding expectations, goals, and quotas
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to leverage GSuite and common business applications
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to C-Suite buyers
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with executives and leaders at prospective health systems, healthcare services firms, digital health, and payer organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying net new opportunities through contract close
- Identify and advance high-value sales
- Align Innovaccer's solutions with customer goals and needs
- Build strong relationships internally across Marketing, PDE (Product, Design, & Engineering), and Customer Delivery and Success teams
- Refine and deliver Cured by Innovaccerβs solutions
- Use a CRM and a data-driven approach to efficiently document and communicate
- Create and deliver effective verbal and written presentations in in-person and remote settings
- Contribute to developing and delivering market-leading solutions
- Communicate thoughtfully and responsively to all levels of the organization, internally and externally
- Adapt to a changing environment, work as a team player, and quickly align internal resources as needed
- Build a healthy and supportive work environment
- Prioritize execution and deal conversion to help Cured establish critical customer mass and business development velocity
- Demonstrate humility in customer sales interactions
