Senior Account Executive

Summary

Join Nucleus Global, a leading medical communications company, as a Senior Account Executive! Support senior staff to ensure projects meet client needs, manage budgets and perform financial reconciliations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)
• 3+ years' experience in project management or any appropriate combination of education and experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to track financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relationship-building and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support senior Client Services staff to ensure that projects and services consistently meet client needs
• Manage budgets including performing financial reconciliations at project completion
• Develop project timelines and monitor projects to ensure deliverables are high-quality, delivered on-time, and within budget to the satisfaction of the client
• Demonstrate professionalism with internal and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, on budget and with high quality
