We are currently seeking a Sales professional to join our team, responsible for the full sales cycle including sourcing and closing your own deals.

Requirements

  • You enjoy the eCommerce, DTC, and SaaS space
  • You have previous successful B2B SaaS experiences, selling to SMBs with short sales cycles, and previously used a CRM like HubSpot
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication in English
  • You are passionate and humble, you always love to learn and share

  • You are a natural leader

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle including sourcing and closing your own deals
  • Conduct product discovery calls to prospective brands interested in Polar Analytics
  • Accurately forecast new sales bookings
  • Lead by example and help us improve our sales motions
  • Drive new business by deeply understanding and empathising with their needs, and matching these objectives with the product value propositions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key people within marketing and eCommerce teams, including end-users and executives/decision-makers
  • Relentlessly (But not pushy) follow-up, always helpful and fresh (Emails & Slack)
  • Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs or feature requests internally to influence the product roadmap
