Requirements

  • Possess technical sales skills, superb hunting and β€˜closing’ skills
  • Have fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Be IT literate
  • Be a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with technical acumen, focused on results and able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Have more than 8 years of experience and proven success in international B2B sales in a (high-) tech environment
  • Have analytical, written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
  • Have the ability to plan and execute on a tight schedule, and deal with stress in a professional way
  • Work proactively to solve problems, looking for opportunities to take on more responsibility
  • Have a high-level knowledge, understanding and experience with respect to modern CRM- and presentation tools
  • Be well organized, disciplined, and have professional funnel management and accurate forecasting skills
  • Be able to travel in assigned region up to 50% of time

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at exceeding sales targets
  • Follow up leads and generate new business, setup new channels and be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Work with the sales & marketing team to identify, interest and onboard new clients and developing client relationships
  • Submit short and long-term sales plans, prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Keep clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a background and/or experience w.r.t. relevant fields of expertise, specifically: IMU’s, INS products, (RTK-) GNSS global positioning and MEMS sensors in general
  • Have a bachelor/master's degree in business administration or engineering
