Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of full cycle sales experience in the cybersecurity industry with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry landscape
- Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Capable of making thoughtful, systematic decisions under pressure in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sales and technology
- Adaptable and open to feedback
Responsibilities
- Travel within the mid-Atlantic states (NYC, NJ, PA, VA, MD, DC)
- Prospect new leads and generate sufficient pipeline growth. Develop, qualify and close opportunities
- Grow and develop channel partners to generate leads and prospect meetings while leveraging Pondurance sales model
- Achieve sales quota goals; drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers
- Plan and participate in sales events and channel partner enablement that will drive sales pipeline within territory
- Deliver on-line and face-to-face presentations highlighting Pondurance capabilities while leveraging technical and corporate resources
- Promote positivity, helpfulness and resourcefulness with customers having the goal of exceeding expectations
- Drive customer satisfaction by owning and solving customer challenges while setting realistic expectations
- Prioritize goal setting, resource management, contingency planning, and coordinating and cooperating with others
- Promote Ponduranceโs collaborative spirit, work ethics, and service-oriented culture
- Seek opportunities to improve the companyโs process and systems through initiating changes where necessary and appropriate
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records of daily activities, forecasts, and opportunities
