Summary

Join Precision AQ, an award-winning global healthcare communications agency, as a Senior Account Executive in our growing Learning & Development team. Based remotely in the UK (ideally near Salisbury or London for occasional team meet-ups), you will manage day-to-day project tasks, support client relationships, and deliver engaging training materials. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, gaining broad agency exposure and career growth opportunities. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; coordinating with clients and internal teams; and ensuring the quality and accuracy of training materials. You will also track budgets and manage financial aspects of projects. This position offers a chance to contribute significantly to the success of our learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or education
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Help manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple learning and development projects
  • Client Interaction: Join client calls, take notes, and follow up with clear action points
  • Content Coordination: Assist in developing training materials and coordinating reviews through platforms like PromoMats
  • Team Collaboration: Schedule internal meetings with Creative, Editorial, and Digital teams to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Logistics: Organise meetings, events, and workshopsโ€”both virtual and in-person
  • Quality Checks: Review materials to ensure accuracy and consistency before final delivery
  • Financial Awareness: Track budgets, ensure purchase orders and supplier invoices are processed to keep projects on target
  • Process Management: Use internal systems to monitor progress, hours, and costs, and keep everyone informed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management tools and review platforms (e.g., PromoMats) is a plus
  • This is a remote role , but being near our Salisbury or London offices is a bonus for occasional in-person collaboration
