Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in coaching, therapy, or mental health industries
  • Proven track record in sales with an understanding of long sales cycles and a service-minded approach
  • Data-driven approach with experience creating and analyzing sales metrics, tracking conversion rates at different funnel stages, and producing actionable insights from performance data
  • Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM platforms for managing leads and tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to clients in a heart-centered and consultative manner
  • Ability to take ownership of the sales process and work independently

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring prospects are nurtured and conversions are maximized
  • Manage incoming warm leads and proactively reach out to new leads via call, text, and email. Utilize available tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, JustCall) for task management and lead nurturing
  • Supervise, guide, and ensure follow-ups for the existing sales team, providing support and mentorship (when needed) to ensure they stay on track with their targets
  • Improve and refine the sales funnel, including reviewing current processes, tracking performance metrics, and implementing best practices
  • Build relationships with high-value clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and timely communication
  • Provide training to team members on closing techniques, conversion strategies, and lead qualification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members in a sales environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with coaching or self-help industries, including understanding coaching certifications or ICF credentials
  • Previous experience in a leadership or sales management role is highly desirable
