This hybrid role allows for up to 75% remote work, with a focus on accounts in your region (NY, Philly, DC, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Chicago). The position requires approximately 25% travel within your territory. RDA offers a generous compensation package including a 6-digit base salary, commission, and various bonuses. Requirements
- Consultative Sales Expertise: 10+ years in service-based sales within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services firm
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with CMS, DXP (e.g. Sitecore), Ecommerce, Search, DAM, PIM, Intranet, or Customer Portals
- Partner Collaboration: Success in leveraging channel partnerships to drive revenue
- Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex solutions to senior executives
- Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel for key client interactions

- Lead with Strategy: Help clients define objectives and success factors
- Drive Growth: Expand service-based solutions like consulting, platform implementation, and app development
- Tailor Solutions: Work with executives to craft custom strategies
- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact projects
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage deals from lead to closing
- Leverage Partnerships: Align with partners to drive revenue
- Plan Strategically: Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and HubSpot to accelerate growth
