Senior Account Executive in Worldwide

Summary

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for selling R365's Workforce Solution to new restaurant customers within an assigned region. They will also build pipelines of prospects, research sales leads, develop and execute sales strategy, maintain accurate prospect pipelines and revenue forecasts, and become a brand ambassador for the company. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of sales experience in the HCM industry, knowledge of restaurant operations and technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and problem-solve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 5+ years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell into new restaurant customers with 1 to 8 units within an assigned region
• Strategically build and work pipelines of prospects that lead to customer acquisition
• Research and develop sales leads
• Develop and execute sales strategy
• Maintain accurate prospect pipelines and revenue forecasts
• Become R365’s brand ambassador by gaining in-depth knowledge of the R365 platform to present to prospective clients
