Summary

Join SafetyCulture as a Senior Account Executive for the LATAM market, based remotely in Miami, Florida. You will be responsible for growing sales, channel partners, and market share in the LATAM region. This role requires deep market expertise in multiple LATAM regions and proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and contribute to a positive employee culture. Requirements

  • Demonstrate SaaS sales experience, ideally aligned to product led growth
  • Possess deep market expertise of multiple LATAM regions to enable you to create an impactful sales strategy
  • Have full business proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish language ideally
  • Have a strong commercial background involving lead generation, marketing, direct sales, sales & channel management, contract negotiation and key account management
  • Have a track record of partnering with Customer Success and Product to bring about solutions that work for your local market
  • Demonstrate ability to successfully build relationships and teams on a multi-regional basis
  • Have the ability to identify new customer opportunities and work with existing customers to position SafetyCulture as their business effectiveness partner of choice
  • Be a team player able to work well with the technical team to prioritize projects and accelerate time to market for new products

Responsibilities

  • Grow LATAM sales, channel partners, customer retention, margin and market share via setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Be the internal expert of local LATAM market nuances
  • Spend time with our LATAM customers to understand how SafetyCulture can best meet their needs and be a voice of the customer to internal teams
  • Take full responsibility of forecasts, guiding go-to-market strategies, budgets, lead generation and other elements
  • Evaluate performance through analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Partner with the people team to provide a development culture for employees of all tenure
  • Enhance and model the company’s culture, values and behavior as well as frequently communicate with all team members to drive engagement and performance
