Summary
Join SecurityScorecard's top-performing sales team as a Field Sales Director in ANZ. You will prospect and engage with senior decision-makers in large enterprise organizations, building relationships and presenting the value of SecurityScorecard's solution. This role requires achieving sales quotas, leading business reviews, and managing pipeline health. You will report to the VP of Sales, APAC, and work both remotely and in-person with clients. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and expand SecurityScorecard's business and customer footprint in the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within cybersecurity, and a proven track record of success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
- 5+ years of experience working in the cyber security sales space
- Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
- Strong network of established relationships with key industry contacts in the assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building a continuously successful sales team within the ANZ field sales team
- Responsible and accountable for achieving the sales quota set forth by the company on a quarterly and yearly target
- In partnership with the sales leadership, establish sales goals and KPIΒ΄s for the business
- Own the pipeline health (coverage, velocity and closed rates)
- Set agenda and lead regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to access performance and health of business
Preferred Qualifications
- Extremely organized, effective oral & written communicator
- Self Starter, able to work effectively with a distributed team
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in cybersecurity
- Previous success in early stage company growing a territory and exceeding sales goals
- If you have sold large-ticket enterprise security or risk software, we'd find your experience valuable
- Previous SaaS and/or cybersecurity experience is also a plus
