Requirements
- Significant results in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, particularly within the Web3 sector
- Experience in the Web3 space, with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and its potential
- Skilled in both verbal and written communication, with a talent for engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders. Able to deliver clear, compelling messages that resonate, build trust, and drive action at every level
- Strong analytical skills paired with strategic vision, enabling you to design and implement impactful sales strategies that drive results
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those into tailored solutions
Responsibilities
- Leverage your creativity to identify and connect with potential customers using unique, engaging approaches that build a robust pipeline from the ground up
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring they get the most out of Tenderly’s cutting-edge solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, effectively highlighting Tenderly’s value in ways that resonate deeply with our customers and meet their unique needs
- Partner with our marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with our groundbreaking technologies and customer needs
- Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback regularly to refine your approach and drive continuous improvement
- Be a passionate advocate for the potential of Web3, sharing insights and knowledge with customers to inspire and engage them
