Summary
Join Experian as a commercial data sales expert overseeing sales and account management for strategic clients in financial services, payments, and technology. Maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business needs, and presenting Experian solutions to improve revenue, ROI, risk reduction, and cost savings. You will report to the Vice President of Sales - Strategic Clients. This role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and customer understanding. You will develop sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and ensure solution delivery. The position demands achieving results, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding partnerships, while prioritizing accountability and building trust.
Requirements
- 8+ years of successful sales experience with experience with overachievement selling complex solutions and non-tangible value in competitive environment at the executive level
- Background in Commercial Credit, Financial Services, Technology or related field sales
- Experience with corporate financial priorities and the initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Travel required
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales and account management responsibility for commercial data sales for all of Experian's strategic clients in the financial services, payment and technology industries
- Maintain close relationships with C-level and senior executive contacts and understanding their industry, markets, customers and business operations, and for making sales presentations and proposals to use Experian solutions in a way that improves client revenues, return on operations, reduces risk, and lowers expenses
- Communication is the key to our success. You grasp concepts quickly and know how to make the complex easy to understand. You can effortlessly share your knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform your customer's business
- You collaborate naturally with members across different teams balancing priorities. You excel at bringing the right people to the table, handling issues and identifying opportunities
- You understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
- You have experience of sales functions such as developing forecasts, advancing a pipeline, and ensuring delivery of solutions
- You achieve results and identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships
- You challenging yourself with different opportunities to develop your skills
- You prioritize accountability and building trust with your teammates and customers
- Willingness to travel frequently
