Requirements

• Have many years of experience in telesales
• Have exceeded your sales targets and are an excellent negotiator
• Combine operational work with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are proficient with CRM software and project management tools
• Are ideally already very familiar with the automotive industry
• Can competently and confidently support our German-speaking (future) customers

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key B2B customers, focusing on used car sales
• Work with an attractive dealer portfolio consisting of cold and warm leads
• Continuously monitor the development of sales structures in B2B sales
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Monitor the performance of our customers, sales forecasts, and key figures and report on them
• Be a problem solver and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
