Senior Account Manager

Summary

The Senior Account Manager - Health Systems role is focused on driving growth and customer satisfaction for Tendo's MDsave marketplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Engagement, Sales, or Business Development within enterprise/mid-market healthcare and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Engagement, Sales, or Business Development within enterprise/mid-market healthcare and technology

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the MDsave platform into hospital partners with a strategic point of view towards long-term success and growth
• Develop partnerships with ancillary providers to identify and grow service lines and procedures
• Conduct reviews with our partners’ Leadership Teams (healthcare c-suite)
• Develop new business from existing accounts
• Drive retention of accounts in the assigned book of business
• Negotiate and contract ancillary providers and services
• Provide accurate, timely, and thorough answers to customer inquiries using knowledge of the MDsave process to ensure customer retention
• Maintain accurate and timely account and opportunity information using Salesforce.com
• Analyze account data and provide insights to key stakeholders
• Consistently meet or exceed established quarterly and yearly goals
• Initiate processes and champion opportunities to consistently improve the customer experience, actively mitigating partner attrition
