This role requires managing a portfolio of strategic partners, coordinating with internal stakeholders, utilizing Wakam's internal tools, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, monitoring account profitability, and representing Wakam at client meetings and industry events. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in a relevant field, 8+ years of experience in account management or business development within the insurance sector, and excellent commercial acumen. Requirements
- A Masterβs degree (Bac+5) in Business, Insurance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the insurance sector
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Proven experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced use of CRM and digital tools, with a data-driven mindset
- Mandatory fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners (brokers, MGAs, insurtechs, fintechs, retailers, and marketplaces)
- Ensure operational coordination with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Pricing, Delivery, Compliance, Legal)
- Be a key user of Wakamβs internal tools (MyWakam, CRM, AI agents)
- Identify and develop upselling, cross-selling, and product extension opportunities
- Monitor account profitability and technical performance, working closely with Finance and Underwriting
- Represent Wakam in client meetings, steering committees, and industry events
